Anyone know who makes this figure of ANUKSUNAMEN FROM THE MUMMY RETURNS?

Only just joined so I don't know how relevant this post is given the timeframe, however I just ordered one from Gremlynz link below.

The picture on the site is small so i can't enlarge it enough to get any sense out of the details, however I notice that this company tends to use a code for its items that reflect the company name, the item number for this figure is RCS06 so if you are aware of a maker with those Iinitials....

once i've paid this month's ebay bill, i'll try to pick one of those kits up in the near future, providing ebay doesn't tempt me with more tender morsels! LOL
