Well, it looks like my buddy Vince of Hobby Online www.hobby-online.com/ has finally sold his business to someone in Australia. Im not sure when it will actually take place, but, for those of you down under this should be good news. From what I hear its hard to get alot of the figures he carries down there?

Ok, heres the dirt on the down under for anyone who wants to know.
"The new owner is just getting a store started up in Queensland, Clontarf,Redcliffe I believe is the name of the city. The name of the store is Red Racer Hobbies. The email address will remain the same. All of my inventory will be Fed Exed tomorrow and he should have all set up in his store and be taking new orders by the end of July. "

I recently bought a Karnstein 5 from them. Payment via Paypal was available. Shipping was within a week to Canada (where I am). They were pretty easy to deal with, and responsive.

Hey Guys, It has been terribly remiss of me not to say hello but I hate to admit that I wasn't even aware of this forum. Sorry. I am the new owner of Hobby Online. I have renamed the shop Fantastic Figures and the web address is www.fantasticfigures.com.au . I have left Vince's site active as it has taken months to get the new site running and many people are still familiar with Hobby Online. Pretty soon we will start actively running the newsletter side of the shop, so I would recommend anyone interested, to log on and join the newsletter. Some of the details of our shop aren't entirely correct. Celia is one of my employees, not my partner and I do run a secondary business called Red Racer Hobbies which specialises in Slot Cars and Gaming. The girls are generally not on display in the shop but everything that is on the web site we have in stock, in multiples, and we are happy to display on request. We take credit cards and Paypal for payment and ship anywhere in the world. I look forward to getting any discussion or feedback from members and I would love to carry every female figure model available so garage kit modellers, please don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks for listening. Adrian
