Been a lot of talk on the board lately about Karnstein, Vampi, etc from Solarwind. As I've stated I ordered Karnstein #6 today.
I called my order in and talk about a really great guy, we spent almost 30 minutes chit-chatting about models, modeling, re-casters, the Army, you name it. Now his models are super, at least that's my HO, but he was personable as well. We even talked about Mike James and his problem.
All I'm saying is that if a business man has the time to talk with a customer rather than the old "wham, bam, thank you, slam" then I guess he gets my vote of approval.
Alway nice to have a good experience with company.
