i think its an excellent peice mate, i can't tell if you've put any highlights in the hair because the flash is a little strong but if you haven't might i suggest you use some oil paints like burnt umber or burnt sienna... thin them with some white spirit and then brush them on and wipe off the excess using a tissue so that the paint stays in the recessed areas

I'll take a look at her and see if I can add some highlights. I do have the shadows but I don't think I brought out enough on top
