Here is my Misato from Neon Genesis Evangelion ! She's in 1/6 scale, on a custom base with the NERV logo. It's an Amie grand Kit, painted with Tamiya acrylics and Humbrol emanels (body make with airbrush). Any comments ? Best regards, Maw 68 from Italy.

This is one nice looking piece. I really like the base and the figure is very well painted. The only thing that i notice about here is the joint at the right elbow, seems that you have a gap that a little putty could fix. Otherwise, great work. Mary

Thanks to everyone for the good replies about my figure.
I promise to re-touch the joint at the right elbow, I finished her quickly but it's just on my workbench. ;D
The label on the beer can was made with a lot of work, with a lot of special tecnics, learned in Years and Years....
Emhh.... My photo retouch program and my PC, paper glued on the can... The same as for the NERV logo, below the glass in the base.
I dowload some Misato pictures (and the Nerv logo) from various web sites and create a similar label, of the correct dimensions, to the beer cans from this pictures.
I make the lighter shades directly in my program, then make a good quality paper print, cut the label and glue it in place with a plastic cement (a normal modelling glue).
Bye to every one, and thanks again to Phantom Major for this forum.
More figures to come, I make today an order from Japan: 2 on arrive !!
Best Regard, Maw68 from Italy.

Let Me start by saying Ive never been a huge fan of Anime/Manga because of the huge eyes, tiny mouths etc. Everything looks the same! But that doesnt mean I dont appreciate the sculpts and paint work! Anime Does produce some of the cutest and sexiest poses available! Maw! Fantastic work! X-cellent skintones and work with the reds! Reds can be a pain but this is fine work!
