well folks, here she is in all her glory ! this is the first Solarwinds figure i have completed and i have 2 others sitting waiting for my attention, one of which i have partially started. I have writtena basic review of the kit and you can read it in the Review Section of the site if you are interested in purchasing this figure. In the mean time, i hope you enjoy my rendition of this lovely young lady....

Phantom Major, Pretty darn nice from a guy who wrote"...well, looking at your representation of that figure just makes me realise how far i have to go and how lacking in talent i am..." With each build-up completed you get that much better. Looking foward to more.

i think the lighting when i took the picture had alot to do with how it looks at the moment... i used to mess around with a camera when i was younger so i know a few tricks :-)
and i still think i have a long way to go before i'm anywhere near your standards mate, but thanks for those kind words

She's a looking good there PM You captured the blonde hair very well, it can be tricky to get the light and shade balanced.
See you went for the old "towel" backdrop a favourite of mine.
An excellent rendition which spurs me to put the finishing touches to My Karnie!

aw hey guys leave the towel outta this LOL... it was either that or the white bathrobe backdrop and i figured i'd used that enough already when i did my pictures of Vampirella figure. I also have a black silk evening robe which hangs up on the bedroom door which has also featured as a backdrop...lets face it, it's better than a brick wall !
what can i say, here at shoe string productions, things come cheap ROFL

Holy crap, PM! That's some great work, she's beautiful!
I have this one as well, but I wouldn't have thought that she could be made to look that good, and especially at that scale. Bravo!
I'm gonna' have to try a blue-eyed Karnstein for a change and get away from the green eyes. Sure looks nice that way.

Looking real good there PM! Very nice work on the flesh tones. Got a couple of Karnstein pieces myself waiting for me to get started on them.
