Two 1/6 figures from Fifth Freedom Models, members of The Clubhouse, but they seem to sell exclusively on eBay. When I bought these two they were the only two in the range, there is at least another three now. I steered away from the suggested paint job (yes, again), which was an overall black look, and went for something a bit more colourful. The idea was to try and make them look like a couple of female cop/detective types. A couple of really well made resin figures and the option for sunglasses for both. I thought the pink haired one had a very good likeness to Uma Thurman as well.

Unfortunatley there's a discussion going on at The Clubhouse now as to whether Fifth Freedom Models sculpted these themselves or kitbashed them from someone else's

well as always, you have done a magnificent paint job that certainly out strips my skills. I just hope that these figure are genuine and not kit bashed. As for your comments about them being exclusive to ebay, i'll second that. It's the only place i've seen them for sale at the moment anyway !

You did a nice job on both of these figures, i also like your color changes. I have one of these kits also got mine off ebay and i really hope it is not a knock off.

hey modelcitizen, what was the out come of the story about this company, are they genuine or are they recasts? Sorry i haven't been online much but my asthma has kicked in. Needles too say since i can't breathe properly i can't build models as the fumes from paint, glue etc tend to kill me off.
Sure hope they haven't been cloned from other kits, the concept of originality seems to becoming a dying art :-(

Well, this is what Thad had to say at the Clubhouse: So is Fifth Freedom Models carrying Atleier IT kits? I'm assuming the one on the right is a kitbash of this kit: _________________ _Thad Rhodes They've had there membership removed too, so I'm guessing that, yes it's a kitbash. A real shame. I was looking at a couple more of their kits, but I think I'll give them a miss now.

damn and they look so good as well, you haven't said anything negative about thier casting quality so i'm guessing they are up too the mark, just a pity they are kit-bashed...i guess that's just one step above the recasters gutter level....maybe they can improve their skills and actually make original kits of their own, now that would be great !

This is a sad situation considering how great these two kits look. Really like your choice of colors. I have seen them on e-Bay but until no hadn't made the connection. Oh well.
