Thanks for the compliment, yes i think her suit and sword will be in metal, the other armor and arm bands in gold. I think i will use oil paint for her hair so i can really make it vibrant. the face also needs a little more work on the shadows for more contrast.

Thanks Ian i have really come to enjoy using my airbrush, its now my favorite tool. I think for her next coat of paint i will use her light flesh tone and add a drop or two of red to pink up her skin just a bit but first i must work on the shadows on the face, will post more picks soon.

any new progress shots??
BTW What is a good mix for female flesh tones. I have a Sara figure (from Sol) with flesh base coat on and this is the figure I want to airbrush with the new Iwata. What colors should I mix for shadows and highlights. I think I used a Cermacoat flesh color arcylic for the base color. Thanks

Mozam for my flesh colors i have been using Freak Flex acrylic suntan flesh and than i lighten it with any good acrylic white and sometimes i add a drop of red to pink it up a little, if i want more of a tan i add some mumified brown a vey dark brown again Freak Flex colors, if you try their line of paint you will have to thin it a lot, i use water and i don't use their pale flesh to much it looks a little to orange, i have also been using comart paints they are already thinned good for painting but have not used them for skin tones. To mix flesh tones you mostly need Burnt Sienna Raw Sienna white any dark red. James this kit should be done already but i took a break and have been working on a Valentine tank to post on Armorama and working on my website, i will be posting new picture soon, i hope.
