1/6th Vampirella (now topless pole dancer)

Ive had this resin kit for a good few years now, and because the legs and feet were so poorly casted they didnt line up at all, it got put ontop of the cupbaord with the other "awaiting" projects....

well ive decided to give her another go! heres the story so far.

As the legs didnt line up ive had to do alot of snading and fillering with a bit more sanding...

And after the filling etc im now creating the lip/edge of her boots.

Her bottom needed some TLC also, it had some pits and bumps. but after some fine sanding her ass is smooth.....

Now she is painted in satin black I can see all the imperfections on her, so I can also sand and smooth her out....

Firstly the so call matt paint, didnt turn out matt.....

And Secondly beware of any rings you may have on your fingures....

Seems as if it is progressing nicely. Interesting idea to use black. I find grey shows the flaws better than white but never tried black. Hmmmm.

Well ive created the plinth and the support to hold her up right. Ive also sanded out the chip on her butt from my ring....



Heres a little tip for you guys who carnt remove any rings from your fingers, MASKING TAPE! it does work.

Well disaster struck again, she fell over and broke a leg, also sustaining some damage to her bra/bikini top....

As this is going to be difficult to repair I have decided its easyier to convert her into a topless pole dancer.....

sounds like you have what i call a disaster kit... just one of those kits that no matter how you touch it or try to improve it... something always goes wrong !

depending on what section of her bikini is damaged you might be able to replace it with some lead foil. simply super glue a small peice of it over the damaged area and cover up the unwanted edges using putty or filler and sand smooth using wet & dry sand paper

I'm liking the topless idear..... infact Ive managed to remove all her upper clothing and create a thong from her original outfit.

Also ive mangaed to for two loveley breasts.... lol

Well I've gotten a base coat on now, and I can see all those imperfections.....

I think I've got her shape right, once I've filled all the dinks etc I can then make her nipples! lol

Lookin great! now I really cant wait to see this babe complete. I hate it that the break happened, the original was looking good judging from what you had there.

Some one said to me her boobs were square, and looking at the bottom/underside they are!!!!

So heres some more filler, marsh mellows anyone? LoL

Once the filler has hardenend then they can be shaped better..
