have you tried ebay at all? they some times crop up there.
when you get the home page of ebay come up look too the left for hobbies, open it up and then look for models and character kits. be warned you have to wade through a lot of gundam kits before youfind anything you are looking for.

There is a seller on e-Bay, gorilladvd, that has several different blanks. The outfit is on the web somewhere. Not sure of the quality though.
