Ultra Violet

I just got my Ultra Violet kit from MadDog Resin, sculpted by the very talented Chuck Needham.

Like his Nancy (Jessica Alba) figure it's a beautiful piece.

She stands about 12" tall w/o the base.
5 pieces: upper body, lower body, left arm. right hand w/ sword and base.

I may look into replacing the blade with plex or metal for more strength since it may droop.
Summer gets a bit warm where I live.

After watching the movie again last night in anticipation of the kits arrival I counted 13 different color combinations, although there are also some variations in the costume with gloves, the extra leather on the upper legs,etc.

The kit is detailed for the assult on the Arch Ministy building at the end of the film.

Will take some pix after I go get some batteries for my camera.

I've got the sculpt back for repairs... Charlie is going to make another run of molds. The molds wore out quick on the first run. Hopefully she will be back in production soon and you won't have to hurt anybody to get one ;D.

Chuck has it right, I managed to squeeze a few last castings out of the molds, but they're pretty much done. If you didn't get one, and don't want to wait, I do have a few left.

Otherwise, she'll be remolded and available again in the new year.
