Not sure if this is the right spot for this. I can across this new brand of face makeup that is outstanding for skin tones. Its call physician formula cosmetic makeup. They got a ton of different colors in one palette to chose from. How I use them. Apply the skin tone you like you figure to be with paint first. Seal the paint job with your fav sealer. Than take a wide edge brush and apply some of the makeup you like to add to the areas of your kit. Once finshed adding all the makeup you like. Take a clean brush and blend. seal it again and you have some of the most realstic flesh. I just finish using on a Gladiator kit I did and could not believe how life like the flesh tones were. Like 100x better than just reg paint. I have the website listed below. I tell this stuff rocks. You can find it at your local Drug store for about 12.00 buck, you get about a doz or so colors in one palette. I bought 3 different palettes and well worth the money. If you use to adding pastels chalk to your kit, Its the same method, but this stuff hold like 1000x better than pastel chalk, and does not disappear when you seal it, because it was make to be worn on the face and not easliy rub off. Hope this helps www.physiciansformula.com/detail_list.asp?itemid=01640&scene=HOT PRODUCTS&categorid=125 Tom

I did the same thing with some fairly inexpensive Chinese-made cosmetics, and they indeed work better than oils. However, I let my girl do the purchasing, having had odd looks the last time I did the buying myself..
