This is not deja vu. I originally posted this in the Clubhouse. Phantom Major thought it appropriate content, and aksed me to post it here as well. This is not deja vu.
The delivery was really quick, considering she had to cross the Atlantic. I'm so pleased with her I just had to share.
She comes in 8 parts, and the casting is very nice. I'm amazed at the depth of the undercuts on the right side of the face and in the mouth. The colour of the resin isn't perfectly even all over, and that makes a couple of the photos look wierd. I don't know how to compensate for it in software. Sorry.



The only really obvious mold lines are on the neck, arms



and hands, but the pictues make them look much worse than they are.



Pin holes, too, only appear on the hands and arms. The left hand has a pinhole on the tip of the index finger, and the trigger guards are going to take some cleaning out.
One thing that does concern me is the plugs remaining on the wrists, the bottom of the torso



and at the base of the neck.



That is mostly because I shouldn't be trusted with hand tools. I'll just ring the paramedics before I get the saw, knife and files out. :wink:
Overall, I'm very happy with this kit and am really looking forward to painting it. Well done to X-Factor Productions.
I'll probably watch the movie again tonight. Research is the key, you know.
