howdy folks, it's been a while since i got into the hobby as seriously as i normally do... i guess it has something to do with summer ending and the nights drawing shorter. i plan to enter this figure into next years IPMS show in Perth, Scotland. it's a mixed media kit, white metal and resin and is well detailed. the figure's hands, feet and head are not in the shot as i am busy painting them at the moment. i have another figure on the go but i have kind of stalled on that one as it's a large scale figure of Selene from the film Underworld this figure is about 120mm in scale and is made by the company "Dogtag" which is a company based in Singapore.  |

Looks Cool. What kind of Soldier(?) is it ? E... can't believe i missed that bit out... he is a Viet Cong Soldier from the Vietnam war...very few people do figures of the Vietnamese so i when i got him a few years ago i was pleaseantly surprised |

E... directly below the hat is a grenade pouch with 2 chicom grenades in it. the second is a water bottle. the kit comes with it's own small base but i plan to make a small dio base for it featuring a broken temple wall as well as some jungle foliage and a trip wire booby trap. |

I drilled some holes for support wires in my Selene figure.
The stuff smells like fiber glassing polyester resin.
Pretty easy to drill though.
