Computer flunky Fazer needs help

Hi to all,
I have been looking at the talent that is shown on this web site & I am very impressed. So I want to post my own pics but being a computor novice, Iam not able to work out how to do it. Bear with me please & I would appreciate any guide line on inserting pictures from my documents.
Hope there is some kind soul who will guide me through.

all you have to do is sett up an account with Photobucket and for this you will need a working email address. You can then simply upload your pictures too this site and store them there. Once yo have done this you will be able to see the pictures on the site and you will notice there are three boxes below each picture, all you do is point too the lowest box, right click it until it turns blue. Once you have done this you will have a menu in front of you, select copy and then come too the page you want to post the pictures on. Again select right click and from this menu select paste.

that's all there is too it, if you do have any problems it might because the start of the address you have copied on too the page as the image tags in capitals, they will look like this "IMG" simple delete them and change them to read "img" but make sure you do not delete the square shaped brackets around these letters.
